Complex Booking Processes

Several consumers have difficulties with interfaces and arrangements of booking services that take much time and effort to search for the right offer.

Trust Issue

Customers are never quite sure whether the reviews they are reading are genuine or whether the information given on the booking site is true.

Difficulty in Finding Filters

A small selection of filters that don’t take into consideration the specifics of users’ search, whether they’re looking for accommodations to stay for a month, or traveling with a family.

Cultural and Language Barriers

The users from different countries found it challenging to move within apps, which do not support the language of the users or their preferences.

I interview to understand the goal that users are looking for. 


Base on Business key goals : ​

  • We want users to get a chance to pick up the taste of the hotel flavor that they are interested in. 

  • We want users to understand how sharing content with the community can earn for their travel journey.

  • We want the user to start to take action and share their experience through podcasts and blogs. 

As a beginning, We had an interview (user persona ) and survey to dive deep into the solution: ​​

  • The majority of people who love to travel are both students and employees.

  • There is only  50% of booking accommodations through the Mobile app.

  • The majority of Travelers are happy if they can earn income during their trip  

For many platforms, there was a complicated design and the process of booking was not quite clear.

71% of the time, reviews and ratings were seen as having low credibility.

There was a need for the app to display better and more customized modes of searching through contents.

Project Overview

MyTravaly Worldwide is a mobile application designed to streamline the process of booking accommodations for travelers

around the world. The app targets global travelers, providing an easy-to-use interface for discovering, booking, and managing

accommodations. Whether for business or leisure, MyTravaly Worldwide aims to simplify the travel experience by offering a

seamless and personalized accommodation booking journey.

Primary Goal: Design the best user experience for accommodation booking anywhere in the world.

  • User-Centered Design: Exploring the targeted users to design a well-organized, clean, easy-to-navigate User Interface.

  • Multi-Country Compatibility: I needed to ensure that the app's interface worked properly in different languages and

    currencies for people from all over the world.

  • Trust and Transparency: Establish trust from users by ascertaining that your prices are accurate, reviews are genuine

    and that payment procedures are safe.

  • Efficient Navigation: Make sure that travelers are instantly able to navigate through the search results in order to book with

    ease.
